Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Items purchased via Amazon

Most H&A INNOVATION products, including our logbooks and notebooks, are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. For these orders, the Amazon returns and refunds policy applies.

If you bought your item on Amazon (for example from Amazon.co.uk), please:

• Log into your Amazon account
• Go to Orders and select the relevant order
• Choose the option to return or replace the item
• Follow Amazon’s on-screen steps to complete the process

Amazon will handle the return request, shipping label (where applicable), and any refund under their own terms and timelines.

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If your logbook arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience.

When the purchase was made via Amazon, the fastest way to resolve the issue is:

• Request a replacement or refund directly through your Amazon order page, and
• Optionally, send us a short message and a photo via our contact page so we can also review the issue on our side.

3. Items purchased directly from H&A INNOVATION

In some cases, we may sell products directly (for example, through promotions or limited editions). If you purchased an item directly from us and not from Amazon:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Include your name, order details and the reason for return
• We will confirm the next steps by email

Items should be unused and in resaleable condition unless the reason for the return is damage or a printing defect.

4. Non-returnable situations

To keep our processes simple and fair, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling
• Items returned without proof of purchase
• Requests made well after the applicable returns window has passed
