Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final.

Once an eBook is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, as the content is instantly accessible and cannot be returned.

Printed Books (Fulfilled by Amazon)

Our printed books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.
For these products:

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly by Amazon

  • Amazon manages customer service, shipping, and return logistics

  • Amazon’s return policy applies, including eligibility, timelines, and refund methods

To request a return or refund for a printed book, please visit your Amazon account and follow Amazon’s return process.

This ensures a fast, secure, and reliable experience for our customers.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders (Printed Books)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect printed book, Amazon will handle the resolution directly.

Please report the issue through your Amazon order page so Amazon can:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund according to their policy


Exchanges

  • eBooks: Exchanges are not possible.

  • Printed books: Exchanges are managed by Amazon according to their policies.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • Digital products (eBooks):
    By purchasing an eBook, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts.

  • Printed books:
    For EU customers, Amazon’s 14-day cooling-off period applies and is fully managed by Amazon.
